3 day - Cultural mix and labor market

Today we had next day full of attractions and great activities.

In the morning we had workskop about culture. It was a new experience for us. We focused on the culture but in the different way. We were working in national groups. Our tasks was to make a pizza of culture. We had to define what exactly culture means. We got to know that its not only what is visible. We were talking also about stereotypes, which are connected with foreign cultures. It as really great experience. We got to know that we shouldn't  follow the stereotypes, but also be open-minded for other cultures.

In the afternoon we focused on the labor market. Before we have had collected some information  about this topic in our country. Today we presented the results of our preparations. We found out that some issues are similar but there are also some differences. We got to know which occupations are the most wanted in the labor market nowadays and which qualifications are needed. After whole activities we made an evaluation. It was surprising for us because that way of evaluation was unusual. We had to reflect our feelings and experiences from today workshop.

At the evening we took part in Latvian night. Our friends from this country have prepared amazing party. We had chance to learn some information about the country, treid Latvian food and played games.
