"It's the end of the second day. We had a great time. Today we got to know each other - we have new friends from Poalnd, Hungar and Latvia. We had quite difficult challenge - it wasn't easy to make kite, but at the end we have managed. Now we are having party!!!"

"In the
morning, before we started second days activities, boys surprised us by
congratulating with Woman’s Day and giving us beautiful tulips.
Little
energizer and we were completely awakened. First activity was with purpose to
get to know each other names. It was hard to remember every person’s name,
because for us some were very unusual and hard to pronounce, but with little
help with others we did it! :)
For us great
activity was kite making. We got mixed in groups with participants of other
countries and by using spaghetti, paper, plastic bag, crepe paper, string,
tape, balloons and some glue make kite that in end could be able to fly. We
tried our best and, by putting our heads together with participants from other
countries, created art which was supposed to fly. It was amazing, how
differently each group imagined and created a kite. Some of the kites were able
to take off and fly while some preferred laying on ground more, but some even
broke apart.
Through
different activities we also get to known each other hobbies and characteristic
traits. Little by little we started to remember other names and tried to
communicate more with participants from other countries. We liked activities
where we needed to make collage about ourselves. The best part was seeing
others presenting themselves – we saw all kinds of fruits of imagination and
learned more about others.
Before
dinner we talked about our fears and expectations. Most of us feared about
their English skills, but leader of the project soothed us that that’s why we
are here – to learn. We also set some rules which will help to keep arrangement
and clearness about things.
In the
evening there was a small party. We danced and used a chance to get to know
each other even more.
It was a nice day with lot of fun and laughing. :)"

Today we have excercise connected to labor market. We have to present the labor market of our country. I think that everybody knows a lot about their countries and also about the other nations. We have to make a poster with every detales and statistic about the working opportunities for different generations. It was really good. We have learnt a lot. It was a new experience for us. Moreover, we were talking about culture and steroeotypes that are connected to the other cultures. It was amazing how different we are. What's more, we played games to develope our own personality and how to express ourself. I have learnt a lot about myself. Those excercises were very funny and as I noticed everyobody liked them.

Today we had
lot of amazing activities and events. In the morning we played some games
outside - a lot of energizers. I really liked those games we played. It was so nice that all of those
games were outside. I don’t
know, is this because of fresh mountain air or of previous night dancing, but
our sleep was very deep and nice. :)

There was
lot of team building activities, too. We got to know each other’s hobbies and
things they like and found lot of common things. All people as one in this
project are connected here by love to music, food and sleep, and also for
loving nature.
We talked a
little bit about what is creating a culture and had a talk about stereotypes.
There was also game where we needed to show or describe Nation or profession.
I improved my communication skills and
knowledge about other languages.

There was
also the activity, where we wrote our names on balloons and then threw them
across the room. We were supposed to pick up any balloon and give it back to
owner. If we played this game previous day, it would be a lot harder, but now
we partly knew the name of everyone so completing the task was quick. I also
want to say big THANKS for the person who was in charge about music - I was so
happy to hear Linkin Park somewhere else not only in my own headphones. ^^
Right after
dinner our Latvian team started preparation for culture evening and conquered
the kitchen. Cooking went faster than we expected, so we could start our
evening earlier.
Latvian evening was great. After presentation
were Latvian dances and songs. I think everyone loved this evening.

Today one of our workshop was about social recruiting. We found out how big power social media has. It is important to think what we put on our social profiles. What's more, nowedays a lot of young people are unemployment. They try to find job but it's really difficult. Some of them decide to look for a job in the Internet. They create blogs where they post some pictures or advices. Some of them make interviews with famous people and put it on their websites. It's their job and they earn a lot of money on it.

Today we had next day full of attractions. We learnt a lot of useful things. The most important for me was how to make a crative CV. We should present ourselves in a good way when we want to apply for a job. In the CV we should involve not only personal information but also our interests, experiences, hobbies and information about our education. The youthpass, which we are going to receive, are also really needed in the CV.

Such a great day! But also a little bit tiring;) Lots of useful information. I've never expected that the Interet can have also such the negative side. Now for sure I will be more careful about the way of using this source and about putting informaton about myself to the Net!

Such a great day ! I was afraid of the debate because I wasn't sure of the participants' reaction. I was afriad that they wouldn't like to speak in public but at least it was unnecessery beacuse everyone participated with desire.
