Today we
focused mostly on the Internet. We started the day with big portion of
energizers – it helped us to wake up and to find hidden energy. The first part
of the day was connected with social recruiting topic. We have worked in
international groups. We made brainstorming about “social recruiting”. We tried
to make definition of the term. It wasn’t so easy as we didn’t know that social
media could be used so widely in recruiting for a job. We watched few short
videos that presented us how big companies use for example Facebook or Twitter
to recruit future employees.
In the
second part of the day we focused on different blogs. We presented the most
popular blogs in our countries. We tried to find out how we can use Internet
and social media to find the job of our dream – we discussed about features of
good employees and employers. We noticed that many famous bloggers had started
their blogs because of unemployment or boredom or because they simply wanted to
share their hobbies. It was very interesting to see what other people think
about Internet, blogs and social media.
At the evening
we had Hungarian night. Our friends from Hungary were amazing! They presented
their country and culture very well. We enjoyed the evening very much.
